主要职责：
1. 全球生物、制药、电子、软件、工程、精密仪器、智能制造、工业设计领域的专利及非专利文献检索、分析，形成分析报告；针对重点企业、目标产品、相关技术进行跟踪，分析技术路线、技术进展及专利全球布局情况，预测可能的技术发展方向；
2. 对涉及本公司技术、产品、业务的相关技术领域及专利实施预警及监控，分析可能发生专利纠纷的风险、危害及建议采取的对策措施等；
3. 与研发部门密切沟通协作，对提交的技术交底书进行分析整理，形成可专利性的技术方案；为研发部门提供必要的技术文献支持，从专利保护及布局的角度提供试验方案；
4. 进行专利的撰写、修改、提交、答复、应对无效宣告等，审查专利技术申请文件，确保高质量的专利申请文件；进行专利布局；预防及处置国内国际专利知识产权纠纷等。
5. 进行PCT国际申请，根据专利类型、技术特点、相关国家或地区知识产权保护情况、专利申请及授权流程、费用等，寻找最优选的路径方案，进行专利的海外布局及申请；
6. 参与制定公司年度知识产权计划，确保计划的有效实施；参与制定公司专利发展战略、规划布局，参与制定公司知识产权管理制度，预防及处置国内国际专利知识产权纠纷等；
7. 公司技术秘密的保护、管理；公司商标、域名等知识产权的管理；
8. 公司知识产权的运营，对外转让、许可事务；
9. 专利培训，公司内部的知识产权培训活动，提升对于知识产权的了解和认识。
任职要求：
1. 硕士或以上学历，有相关工作经验、海外工作经验者优先，博士优先；
2. 生物技术、蛋白质结构、分子生物学、微生物学、生物工程、医药、化学、微电子、软件、工程、精密制造、工业设计等相关专业；
3. 英语六级及以上，熟练的阅读、分析及撰写能力，掌握第二门外语者优先；
4. 良好的沟通总结能力，较强的书面语言表达能力及逻辑分析/判断能力；
5. 为人正直，工作积极主动、踏实认真，耐心细致，具有良好的团队合作精神，能够承受较大工作压力；
6. 熟悉企业知识产权管理规范者优先；
7. 有事务所工作经验者优先；
8. 有专利审查员经验者优先；
9. 拥有专利代理人资格证书者优先。
Main Duty:
1. Scientific papers & patents retrieval and analysis in the fields of global biology, pharmaceuticals, electronics, software, engineering, precision instruments, intelligent manufacturing, industrial design; technical information investigation on target company, products and technology.
2. Establish patent early warning mechanism, risks recognition and control, take necessary measures to cope with potential risks.
3. Conduct effective communication and cooperation with R&D division, support the R&D work, discuss with R&D persons about technical details and form experimental schemes considering the patent protection and patent layout.
4. Patent drafting, correcting and filing, make timely response to Patent Notification, ensure high qulity patent application for the purpose of effective protection and better handling of potential patent invalidition and infringement matters.
5. Conduct PCT patent application, giving suggestions about application strategy and countries selection according to the laws, regulations, grant procedures, fees and others in different jurisdictions.
6. Establish corporate IP management system, making and implementing the IP plan.
7. Protection and management of corporate technical secrets, trademarks and domain names.
8. Management and operation of corporate IP assets, deal with IP transactions matters including IP transfer and licence.
9. Patent training for internal staffs to enrich their IP-related knowledge and awareness.
Job Requirements:
1. Master degree or above, relevant working experience, oversea working experience and Phd is preferred;
2. Biotechnology, molecular biology, microbiology, biological engineering, microelectronics, software, engineering, precision manufacturing, industrial design, and other related professional;
3. English level 6 and above, proficient reading, analysis and writing ability, with second foreign language(s) is preferred;
4. Good communication and summary ability, strong writing and logical analysis / judgment ability;
5. Honest, proactive, practical and conscientious, patient and meticulous, with a good team spirit, and be able to work under pressure;
6. Familiar with enterprise intellectual property management standards will be preferred;
7. Having the working experience in a patent agency is preferred;
8. Having the experience of patent examiner is preferred;
9. Having a patent agent qualification certificate is preferred.
