职责描述： Provide paralegal and administrative support to Atlas Copco (Wuxi) including corporate Patent /Trademark/Copyright service Key Responsibilities, 1. Assist IP engineers / IP Attorneys in handing IP prosecution matters for patents, trademarks and copyright, including new filings, oppositions and invalidations. 2. Assist in patent, copyright and trademark protection, including preparing and collecting relevant documents per instruction from the IP team. 3. Manage and update the internal patent management system and competitor monitoring system. Regular update of the patent, copyright and trademark database and records. 4. Work with external agencies and local authorities for all IP related matters. Contact and liaise with e-commence platforms for IPR protections. Assist in contract handling and storage. 5. Follow up the international patent filing procedure, such as PCT, Paris Convention, and notarization and legalization procedures and cooperate with the broader IP organization of the Compressor Technique and Power Technique Business Areas. 6. Processing and follow-up of incoming and outgoing invoices for all IP matters. 7. Perform other works as assigned by IP team related to patents, trademarks, copyright. 任职要求： Knowledge ： 1. 职责描述： The Intellectual Property Team of Atlas Copco (Wuxi) is responsible for the management of different aspects of Intellectual Property of the business areas Compressor Technique and Power Technique, the 11 global divisions making part of these business areas with their group companies around the world. We are currently looking for a qualified Senior IP engineer to strengthen our IP team to help grow our IP portfolio. An important mission of the position is to stimulate the identification and development of Intellectual Property (IP) of our group companies in China by drafting and prosecuting patent, design and utility model applications. In addition, monitoring and analyzing the state of the art and carrying out other preventive analyses with respect to infringement on our IP, are important tasks. The Patent Attorney will also work with global Intellectual Property team of Atlas Copco Compressor Technique and Power Technique and will: Guide engineering, service and manufacturing departments in the identification and protection of their technological developments, including patentability analysis, patent drafting, office action and prosecution. Monitor IP activities of other companies and assist in related files and conduct watches for infringements on our IP and be actively involved in enforcement proceedings. Maintain and further develop the internal databases and the detailed files and reports. Assist with the numerous tasks that make part of the application procedures, with the help of our paralegal. Give training concerning IP to the employees of Atlas Copco Compressor Technique and Power Technique. Collaborate with our other IP teams in India and Belgium, as well as with external IP law firms to help further improve the IP position of Atlas Copco in Greater China. 任职要求： Knowledge & Experience Master degree in engineering (preferably electro mechanical engineering), or equal by experience. Qualified Chinese patent attorney. Experience in drafting patent applications and replies to Office Actions is a must. Above 5 years experience in a patent firm or as Examiner in CNIPA is an important plus. Excellent in Mandarin and English.
