岗位职责：
1.负责某一业务领域的全面专利包资产管理，从专利规划，申请布局，授权应用等全流程提供专业服务；
2.负责专利技术创新idea、交底书和申请文件的评审，承担中美欧及全球专利申请和授权相关工作；；
3.负责市场拓展、知识产权许可谈判、法律诉讼相关的专利分析与抗辩；
4.负责某领域重要专利资产的识别和管理，参与专利价值评估、许可转让等无形资产运营管理。
职位要求：
1.车辆工程相关专业本科以上学历，英语能作为工作语言；
2.熟悉新能源电动汽车，自动驾驶，车联网，车载娱乐系统技术的优先考虑。
3.有大型车辆企业相关专利撰写与申请等专利工作者优先；
4.具备较强的组织能力、影响力、良好的沟通能力。

• 专利挖掘与分析，专利申请；
• 作为全球知识产权团队的关键成员，支持专利创造和申请工作，集中参与公司在中国和全球的业务运营；
• 与研发工程师一起工作，识别、定义和准备发明披露文件；
• 起草和/或审查专利申请，并答复专利局审查意见通知书；
• 通过防止专利侵权搜索和监测竞争对手专利状况的方式，为特定工程部门降低知识产权风险；
• 支持团队实现公司的知识产权并解决知识产权纠纷；
• 为工程部门提供知识产权培训；
• 协助制定指定业务领域的战略和技术路线图，并关注知识产权部分。

• 具有机械、汽车工程、计算机和/或电气工程专业的本科学位或同等学历，有杰出的技术成果，并持有专利代理师资格证书。 • 具有至少5年的专利/知识产权准备、申请、组合管理经验，特别是从事面向发明人和战略导向方面的工作经验，涉及技术路线图、竞争性知识产权评估、发明开发、技术水平/领域分析、逆向工程、审查许可/观点、自由操作程序、竞争要求评估、设计活动，以及在具有商业影响的专利性审查委员会担任领导岗位；
• 独立自主，有自驱力，形象积极，具有创新和创造精神；
• 具备中国知识产权法、PCT流程、国外专利申请和诉讼等方面的工作知识；熟悉美国和/或德国相关法律者优先；
• 能够判断领导并支持任务、战略和实施，利用知识产权团队的努力来获得有竞争力的知识产权业务优势；

职责描述：
1、完善和优化知识产权管理制度和相关制度的落实；
2、协助研发梳理技术图谱，组织研发人员进行专利挖掘和布局；
3、技术交底撰写指导和审核；
4、专利申请文件和OA答复的撰写和审核；
5、为专利许可谈判提供支持；
6、提供各个环节知识产权风险评估；
7、合同的专利条款审核。

任职要求：
1、重点大学本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业，较好的英语应用水平，CET-6以上，理工+法律复合背景优先；
2、熟悉中国、美国、欧洲等地区的专利法、专利撰写和答复等案件处理；
3、具有2年以上专利撰写和复审无效经验，有专利代理人相关资质和法律职业资格证优先；
4、熟悉国内外各专利检索网站，较丰富的知识产权等方面法律、法规及专业知识；
5、良好的职业道德，恪守公司秘密，为人正直客观，责任感和原则性强；较强的策划、沟通、组织、统筹规划能力，较好的语言文字表达能力；
6、具有锂电或相关行业经验知识产权申报、代理经验优先。

Role and Responsibilities - Where the primary responsibilities of the role are estimated to be 70% patent mining and analysis matters and 30% patent prosecution matters; - In this role, you will be a key member of our Global IP team while centrally engaging our business operations in China and global by supporting patent creation and prosecution efforts; - In this role, you will work together with R&D engineers to identify, define and prepare invention disclosures; - You will draft and/or review patent applications and prepare responses to Office Actions; - You will mitigate IP risks through patent clearance search and monitoring patent status of competitors for the designated engineering department(s); - You will support the team to enforce company’s IP and solve IP disputes; - You will provide IP trainings to the engineering departments; - You will assist in the development of strategies and technology roadmaps for the assigned business areas with attention to IP. Primary Responsibilities: - Prepare, prosecute, and develop associated portfolios of strategic, high quality patent applications protecting the company’s products, and strategic innovation objectives, as assigned. - Assist in creating dynamic and effective integrated technical teams for projects, individual inventive initiatives and innovation activities, including operability analysis. - Support educational sessions, invention creation initiatives and attend to all details in the preparation and prosecution efforts, IP transactions, and activities as assigned. - Successfully enact developed strategies in the business by identifying, harvesting and protecting inventions that are important to the company. - Support IP clearances, Innovation and Development projects, IP risk issues, IP strategies, competitive IP assessment analysis, 3rd party technology opportunities and partner/supplier patent assessment. - Provide creative approaches to innovation leaders and technologists in leveraging technology, charting next generation technologies, and identifying opportunities to improve competitive advantage through IP opportunities. - Achieve all metrics as assigned and be a successful and active partner with the business. Requirements - Must possess a Bachelors in a technical degree, or equivalent, in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, Computer and/or Electrical engineering, with demonstrable technical achievement, and have patent bar --required. - Must have at least 5 years patent/IP preparation, prosecution, portfolio management experience particularly engaged in inventor-facing and strategy-oriented aspects involving technology roadmaps, competitive IP assessment, invention development, state of art/field analytics, reverse engineering, clearance/opinion activities, freedom-to-operate processes, competitive claim assessment, design-around activities, and patentability review committee leadership with business impact. - Must be independent, self-driven and possess a positive outlook with an innovative and creative spirit. - Must have working knowledge of China Patent and IP law, PCT processes, foreign filing strategies, and litigation awareness; knowledge of US and/or German law is desirable. - Must be able to identify and lead, and support appropriate tasks, strategies and implementations in leveraging our IP Team’s efforts for competitive IP business advantage. - Communications and issues should deeply involve identifiable solutions, alternatives and risks associated with strategy, technology, competition and IP involving global and geographically-dispersed situations. - Must have excellent analytical skills and a diversity of technical expertise, including the ability to relate to general technologies with one or more areas of expertise. - Must be culturally aware and foundationally demonstrate communications, actions and values consistent with our progressive, diverse and inclusion environment. - Fluency in Chinese and English language required. German language skill is a plus. - Inventive experience as a patent holder highly desired. - Percentage of Travel: 10-20%. - Education Standard: Engineering, Law degree would be a plus.
