备注：目前公司在北京没有固定的办公场所，候选人需能接受在家办公 职责描述： Experienced patent attorney/agent to support R&D, business development, clinical efforts on targeted and immuno-oncology cancer therapeutics. Located in Shanghai and will report to IP director.有经验的专利律师/代理人，支持靶向及免疫肿瘤药物的研发、BD 和临床。 1. Oversee delivering and docketing of patent application, prosecution, and maintenance activities. 2. Provide IP counseling on patent, exclusivity, trademark, and other IP issues to R&D, business development, clinical, and other business teams. 3. Perform patent and prior art search, patentability and FTO analysis, and competitive landscape analysis. 4. Identify patentable inventions, draft patent applications, review external disclosures. 5. Work closely with external counsel on patent filing/prosecution matters, and other IPrelated issues. 6. Build, maintain and enforce a strong intellectual property portfolio to support EpimAb’s R&D and commercialization efforts. 7. Support business development and research/licensing collaborations, conduct due diligence assessments, Draft, review and negotiate IP provisions in relevant contracts. 8.Monitor evolvement of pertinent legal environment, including case law developments in major markets, and adapt IP strategies accordingly.  监督专利申请、审查和维持等业务的传递与归档  为研发、BD、临床及其他团队就专利、独占权、商标及其他IP 相关问题提供专业意见  进行专利及现有技术检索、专利性和FTO 分析、竞争格局分析  发掘可专利的发明，撰写专利申请，审核各种对外公开的文件  与外部律师密切合作完成专利提交、审查及其他IP 相关业务  通过建立、维持并实施稳健的IP 组合来支持岸迈的研发和商业化活动  参与BD、研究/许可合作，完成IP 尽职调查，起草、审阅和商议相关合同中的IP 条款  跟踪相关法律环境的演进，包括主要市场的案例发展，及时相应调整IP 策略 最低要求： Fluent English for technical and routine communications Advanced degree in biological science or pharmaceutical Admitted to China Patent Office At least 5 years of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical patents 流利的英语能力，英语可以作为工作语言 生物化学或药学相关专业背景，硕士或以上学位 专利代理师资格证 5 年以上生物医药领域专利申请文件撰写、布局经验 优先要求 Admitted to China bar; Experience in patent examination and/or deep understanding of global pharmaceutical patent laws, regulatory protections, regulations, and best practices in major markets Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and strong understanding of drug discovery, development, and commercialization of biologics 法律职业资格证/执业证 专利审查背景或者涉外专利代理业务经验 熟悉生物医药产业，充分了解生物医药的研发和产业化
