Requirements： • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably majored in Laws or Engineering • 5 years or above work experience (must have IP work experience in patent attorney firm or international company) • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese languages • Must be careful, accurate, attentive to details and well organized Tasks & Responsibilities: • Processing all procedures related to Intellectual Property rights applications and prosecution, including patents, trademarks etc. • Independently managing communication with inventors and decision makers worldwide • Correspondence with patent offices and patent law firms • Processing invention disclosures and inventor remuneration • Monitoring official and internal deadlines • Administration of IP files and data maintenance with an IP administration database • Processing of annual fee payments with external payment services • Queries and brief searches in online databases with the help of our own research tool • Supporting the maintenance and administration of a worldwide patent portfolio • Evaluation of internal databases to create reports as well as PowerPoint presentations • Other tasks assigned by supervisor
