岗位职责:
Preparing the response to enquiry on the quotation for patent application (答复咨询报价) Preparing the response to enquiry on formalities (答复流程方面的咨询) Docketing the new case, sending the acknowledgment letter and preparing the executed documents (立案并发送立案确认函，准备相关手续文件及信息) Double-checking the time limit, arranging the translation and monitoring the progress (复核时限，安排翻译并监控案件进展情况) Preparing the documents for filing, sending the filing report and issuing the invoice, including domestic and foreign applications (准备新申请递交文件，发送递交报告并开立账单，包括中国及对外国申请) Preparing the response to any notifications in related to formalities during the preliminary examination procedure (针对初审阶段发出的涉及流程通知书准备答复) Assisting the patent attorney to prepare the PPH and voluntary amendment and providing client with the necessary comments (协助代理人针对PPH和主动修改提供建议并准备文件) Assisting the patent attorney to prepare the response to substantive notification (office action, re-examination notice, invalidation, etc.) during the substantive examination procedure (针对实审阶段发出的通知书准备答复，例如OA，复审，无效等) Forwarding the official notifications in related to formalities (filing receipt etc.) (转达流程方面的官方文件) Checking time limit and reminding the corresponding patent attorney (检查时限并提醒对应代理人) Completing other tasks assigned by FT team (完成FT团队布置的其他工作)
任职资格:
• Good at spoken and written English (equal or above TEM 8 level);
• Good communication skills with different departments;
• Patient, detail-minded, initiative & self-disciplined;
• Can work under pressure;
• 5 to 10 years relevent working exprience
